SHIPPING

All EUGENIAKIM.COM orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from New York City. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with the following options:

U.S. 

• Free Ground Shipping on orders over $200.00 in the U.S. 

• $10.00 Ground Shipping on orders less than $200.00 in the U.S.

• $30.00 2nd Day Air  in the U.S. 

• $50.00 Next Day Air in the U.S.  

CANADA 

•  Free Ground Shipping on orders over $200.00 to Canada is offered, but the customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/or taxes.

• $10.00 Ground Shipping on orders less than $200.00 to Canada is offered, but the customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/or taxes.

• $30.00 2nd Day Air available to Canada.

• $50.00 Next Day Air available to Canada.  

INTERNATIONAL

• $50 Flat Rate International Shipping.

• $70 Express International Shipping.

• Customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by the country of designation.

• In the event of an International return or exchange, the customer is responsible for payment of return shipping & all duties and taxes on transportation of return orders to Eugenia Kim.

RETURNS POLICY

All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Full price items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all hang tags attached to be eligible for a refund. If you wish to return a full-priced item, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact customercare@eugeniakim.com with your order number for approval. For questions about international returns or exchanges, reach out to customercare@eugeniakim.com.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Eugenia Kim products purchased from any store or vendor other than EUGENIAKIM.COM.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized, received outside of our shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing original hangtags will be returned to the customer at their expense.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Multiple discount codes or promotions cannot be combined on any order.

EUGENIAKIM.COM does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
