Ramona is the best of both worlds for hat lovers. Between the silhouette of a bucket hat, and the Natural/Camel-palm materials for a straw hat… no need to choose between the two styles!
Style: Natural/camel gingham palm straw bucket with frayed edge. The intricate hand-woven technique was done in Bogota Colombia. This style features an adjustable grosgrain ribbon to achieve the wearer's desired fit.

Storage & Care: Each Ramona is shipped in a transparent heat-sealed bag. This straw hat can be cleaned with a soft brush or lint roller. Store your hat in the sealed bag and stuff the crown with tissue paper so that the brim is supported, so that the weight of the hat does not distort the brim over time. Hats can also be hung on a hook or hat rack but turn them periodically to avoid the buildup of dust.

EUGENIAKIM.COM offers free returns on all domestic orders (U.S. & Canada).
To initiate a return, please contact email@example.com with your order number for approval. Once approved, we will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label. For questions regarding international returns or exchanges, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Full price items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all hang tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
- All items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
- All online exclusives, custom-made items, pre-order items & sale styles are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
- EUGENIAKIM.COM cannot accept returns or exchanges on Eugenia Kim product that was purchased at any store or vendor other than EUGENIAKIM.COM.
Please note: Any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized, received past our shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing the original hangtags upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

REPAIRS & RESHAPING
- If your item requires repair or reshaping, please contact email@example.com with a detailed description of the requested repair and images of your item.
- At this time, EUGENIAKIM.COM is unable to accommodate any repairs that are dropped off in person. All repairs must be approved by firstname.lastname@example.org and mailed to our studio using a provided pre-paid shipping label.
- At this time, EUGENIAKIM.COM is not able to accommodate repairs on styles purchased on final markdown or at a sample sale.
