Shipping
Delivery & Timelines
All EUGENIA KIM orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.
All orders ship from New York City within 1–2 business days of processing.
U.S.

Tracking information is sent once your order ships. EUGENIA KIM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Returns
Return Eligibility & Conditions
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all hang tags.
To initiate a return, please email customercare@eugeniakim.com with your order number for approval. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Items Excluded from Return
All sale styles, custom-made pieces, online exclusives, and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We cannot accept returns for items purchased outside EUGENIAKIM.COM. Unauthorized or late returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Promotions

Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined.
EUGENIAKIM.COM does not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.
Warranty & Repairs
Craftsmanship Guarantee
Each EUGENIA KIM piece is crafted with precision and care. Should your item require repair, please contact customercare@eugeniakim.com for assessment.
Repair Process & Service Window
Repairs for items beyond one year of purchase or outside our standard policy may incur a service fee.
Repairs are not available for products purchased on final markdown or at sample sales.
Typical repair turnaround is 2–4 weeks, depending on materials and production capacity.
We recommend storing each hat properly to minimize the need for restoration over time.

Fit varies by style. Many hats include adjustable inner bands for a comfortable, secure fit.

Gift Cards
Purchase, delivery, and redemption details for digital gift cards.
Digital gift cards are available in select denominations and delivered via email.
Gift cards are final sale and redeemable toward any online purchase.

Storage & Care
A guide to preserving the craftsmanship and longevity of your EUGENIA KIM piece.
WOVENS
Store in a hat box or on a flat surface where it will not be crushed. Lightly stuff the crown with tissue paper to maintain its shape.
Use a lint roller for surface lint and gently spot clean as needed. Avoid dry cleaning, as it can distort the interlining and brim structure.
FELTS & STRAW
Store in a hat box and stuff the crown with tissue paper to support the brim.
When handling, lift by the brim—not the crown—to preserve the silhouette.
Clean with a soft brush or lint roller; for deeper cleaning, consult a professional hat maker.
KNITS
Fold and store as you would a sweater—never hang.
Use a lint roller for surface lint. Many knit styles are hand-washable; follow the care tag instructions and dry flat.
FUR
Professional fur storage is recommended. If storing at home, wrap in acid-free tissue and place inside a hat box—never plastic, as it can trap fumes and discolor the fur.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure when not worn; it can fade natural fibers and delicate materials over time.
