All EUGENIAKIM.COM orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from New York City.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

All orders are shipped with the following options:

U.S. 

• Free Ground Shipping is offered on all orders in the U.S.
• $25.00 2nd Day Air available in the U.S. 
• $50.00 Next Day Air available in the U.S.  

CANADA 

•  Free Ground Shipping is offered, but the customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/ or taxes
• $25.00 2nd Day Air available in Canada 
• $50.00 Next Day Air available in Canada    

INTERNATIONAL

• $50 Flat Rate International Shipping
• $70 Express International Shipping
• Customer is responsible for payment of any calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by the country of designation.
• In the event of an International return or exchange, customer is responsible for payment of return shipping & all duties and taxes on transportation of return orders to Eugenia Kim.

RETURNS

EUGENIAKIM.COM offers free returns on all domestic orders (U.S. & Canada).

To initiate a return, please contact customercare@eugeniakim.com with your order number for approval. Once approved, we will e-mail you a pre-paid shipping label. For questions regarding international returns or exchanges, please contact customercare@eugeniakim.com.

• Full price items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all hang tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
• All items purchased with a promotional or discount code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
• All online exclusives, custom-made items, pre-order items & sale styles are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at this time.
• EUGENIAKIM.COM cannot accept returns or exchanges on Eugenia Kim product that was purchased at any store or vendor other than EUGENIAKIM.COM.

Please note: Any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized, received past our shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing the original hangtags upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

• Two or more discount codes and/or promotions cannot be combined on any order.
• All items purchased with a FINAL SALE promotion code are not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged on a case-by-case basis.
• At this time, EUGENIAKIM.COM is unable to offer price adjustments based on previous purchases. 

REPAIRS & RESHAPING

• If your item requires repair or reshaping, please contact customercare@eugeniakim.com with a detailed description of the requested repair and images of your item. 
• At this time, EUGENIAKIM.COM is unable to accommodate any repairs that are dropped off in person. All repairs must be approved by customercare@eugeniakim.com and mailed to our studio using a provided pre-paid shipping label. 
• At this time, EUGENIAKIM.COM is not able to accommodate repairs on styles purchased on final markdown or at a sample sale.
